Connecting people and projects has always been Melanie’s superpower. With over 18 years of experience in start-up, people & leadership roles, it became clear that there was an opportunity to offer expert solutions to meet this challenge, particularly in areas of startup advisory and fractional executive HR consulting. 

Our team and network have a strong global perspective. Led by an Australian founder who spent six years living in New York, we bring extensive knowledge and valuable contacts within both the US and Australian ecosystems.
